À ce stade un ou plusieurs biens ont déjà retenu votre attention et vous souhaitez les visiter pour concrétiser un feeling. Nous organisons alors les visites sur le terrain en fonction de vos disponibilités.

5 - Achat

Vous avez trouvé le logement de vos rêves, votre décision est prise et la vérification documentaire effectuée, vous êtes prêts à concrétiser votre achat en signant l’acte de vente.

There’s no need to come to the showroom at first, as we organize an initial session of virtual visits with the builders. This gives you a realistic view of the projects and a detailed description of each one.

4 - On-site viewings

At this stage, one or more properties have already caught your attention and you’d like to visit them to finalize a feeling. We will then organize the visits to suit your availability.
